Getting your profile approved is all about following a few simple guidelines. The approval process can take as little as 5 minutes and as long as 48 hours. This depends on a few factors including how many profiles our moderators must review, the time of day or night the profile was created, and whether there are any issues with the profile that require your correction. If everything checks out with your account’s bio, profile photo, verification photo, and username, your profile will be processed on average within 4 to 8 hours. Once approved, you will receive an approval email in your inbox in some rare cases your spam folder with your password. At this point, you can complete the rest of your profile to go live and enjoy your official Sugarbabies profile.

The biggest cause of delays are profiles that do not submit a valid verification ID or passport photo and a clear profile photo which includes their face for proper verification. This issue will cause the profile to be placed at the end of our wait list no matter how many new policy abiding profiles we must process before them so users that fail to follow this policy can expect at least a 24 hours delay in approval once we request they correct the issue. The second biggest issue is inappropriate profiles, our moderators are instructed to only approve very normal dating oriented profiles with great photos. Anything that can be deemed as inappropriate or violating the guidelines below will be quickly rejected.
