Reporting or blocking users when appropriate is always a smart thing to do for both Sugar Babies and Sugar Daddies/Mammas. It not only makes your experience here much more pleasant but it can also help save other users from having to deal with the same problematic user. Below we list more than a few good reason for and when it’s most appropriate to block someone versus when to report them. We take all violations seriously and always have more than enough capable support team members to deal with and investigate every and any report sent to us. We want to thank everyone that takes part in keeping our community a great experience for all.
If you ever encounter a user that does not want to stop interacting with you, is rude, slightly offensive, or simply doesn’t get that you’re not interested, you can easily block them and then move on with your better conversations in peace. Users can be blocked from within your conversation with them by clicking the “Block User” button below the message textarea or by visiting their profile and clicking the “More” button and then the “Block” button to complete the action.
If a user is attempting to scam you in anyway, requests money, uses language that calls for violence or rape, it’s time to report them. You can report a user by visiting their profile and clicking the “More” button and then the “Report” button to let us know all the details in the following form. Once thoroughly investigated by our support team and if the report is deemed accurate, the offending user’s account will be suspended or totally banned when more appropriate.
When To Report
Please only report users for serious offenses. Rude individuals, rude messages, gross messages, cringy messages, and constant unwanted messages are something that can easily be dealt with just by blocking the user and moving on. The now blocked user would have to create a new account and subscribe all over again to message you so there’s no way they can spam your inbox and continue annoying you without them jumping through a few inconvenient hoops only to be blocked again.
